How does Treehouse provide an accurate price without needing to visit my home?
Treehouse uses technology to analyze your survey answers and the photos and videos of your home’s electrical setup to determine the work required for your installation - typically avoiding the time and cost of an in-person site visit. Treehouse then provides an accurate quote that accounts for your home's age, panel location, and existing electrical setup.
After purchase, how long will it take to install my charger?
Treehouse completes most installations within 7 days of permit approval. Permit timelines vary by city, and can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Once your permit is approved and the Treehouse team is onsite, installation typically takes about 2 hours.
